About Copcas - suppliers of natural sausage casings in South Africa

Copcas - a South African sausage casing supplier - was founded in 2002 with a mission to produce high quality sausage casings from local abattoirs. The idea was born out of the frustration of using inferior imported products.

Since being established, the sausage casing factory in Marlboro, Johannesburg has produced both hog casings and sheep casings which are cleaned, selected, measured and salted daily under strict quality control measures.

Due to the superb quality and efficient service we deliver to our customers, Copcas has grown over  the years to be one of the leading sausage casing suppliers in South Africa. Initially we only cleaned and supplied hog casings and sheep casings, but now we also supply a top range of sausage spices, biltong spices, bandsaw blades and sauces (such as chilli sauce, bbq sauce, pepper sauce, peri peri sauce)to the butchery and restaurant trade.
